Pet Friendly Room Policy

Motel Queen Room #9

We welcome guests travelling with pets in our designated pet friendly room – Motel Queen Room #9. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, the following conditions apply.

Booking Requirements

• Pets must be declared at the time of booking.
• Pet stays are limited to our designated pet friendly room only.

Pet Limits

• Maximum of 2 dogs per room.
• Maximum weight of 10kg per pet.
• Small to medium breeds only.

Fees

• $20 per pet, per night applies.
• $150 cleaning bond charged at check-in.
• Bond is refundable after inspection if no damage or extra cleaning is required.

Behaviour & Supervision

• Pets must be quiet and well behaved at all times.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the room.
• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier outside the room.

Health Requirements

• Up-to-date vaccinations required.
• Proof of current flea and tick treatment required.

Cleanliness & Care

• Clean up after pets immediately.
• Dispose of waste in designated outdoor bins.
• Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.
• Guests must provide their own pet bedding.

Liability

• Guests are responsible for their pet at all times.
• Guests accept responsibility for any injury, damage, or disturbance caused.
• The motel may charge the credit card on file for damage, cleaning, or repairs.
• The motel is not responsible for loss, injury, or illness of any pet.
